A request through the form or a phone call is not a finished booking until the desk confirms the date, the window, and which Santa is coming. Do not announce a visit to guests until you have that confirmation.
You are responsible for a safe arrival: parking, stairs, pets, and an adult from your side at the door. School and church visits need a staff member present. We may decline a stop that cannot be made safely.
Photos you take at your event are yours. Do not present our performers as employees of a venue we did not book. Do not use our pages to imply reviews, awards, or prices we have not given you.
Weather in Metro Atlanta in December is often cool and wet. We do not promise snow. Outdoor stops need a backup if you want one.
